The GlowInto Story Guide
Before We Meet To help you prepare, please complete the following before your interview: ✓ Read at least one published GlowInto interview to become familiar with the storytelling style. ✓ Follow GlowInto on Facebook and Instagram so we can tag you when your story is published. ✓ Spend a little time reflecting on your journey. You don't need prepared answers—just come ready for a conversation.
What to Expect GlowInto interviews are relaxed conversations—not formal interviews. Most conversations last about two hours because meaningful stories can't be rushed. We'll explore topics such as: The moments that shaped you Your career and life journey Challenges you've overcome Lessons you've learned Your family, passions, and purpose What you're still becoming Your interview will be audio recorded only so nothing is missed while your story is written.
Your Photos Photographs help bring your story to life. Please send your photos within seven (7) days after your interview. Suggested photos include: Professional headshot Workplace or business Lifestyle photos Family photos Childhood photos Photos that represent important milestones Important If photographs are not received within seven days, GlowInto will use a publicly available profile photo from your social media account for publication. To keep our publication schedule on track, additional photos cannot be added after your story has entered production.

The Writing Process After your interview: Week 1–2 Your story will be written in the GlowInto editorial style. You'll receive a private review copy. This review is intended for: Names Dates Titles Business information Grammar Spelling Factual accuracy GlowInto maintains its editorial voice and storytelling style while ensuring your story is factually accurate.
Publication Day
Once your story is published:
We'll notify you.
You'll receive the link.
Your interview will be shared across GlowInto's social media channels.
We ask that you also share your story with your family, friends, customers, and community.
Stories have the greatest impact when they're shared.
Consent & Publication Agreement
Before moving forward, please acknowledge the following:
☐ I have read the GlowInto Story Guide.
☐ I understand my interview will be audio recorded.
☐ I understand my interview will be professionally edited in the GlowInto editorial style while preserving the accuracy and intent of my story.
☐ I grant GlowInto permission to publish my interview, name, approved photographs, and related materials on GlowInto.com, in newsletters, social media, and future promotional materials.
☐ I understand I will have an opportunity to review my story for factual accuracy before publication.
☐ I understand that photos are due within seven (7) days after my interview.
☐ I understand that if photos are not received within seven days, GlowInto may use a publicly available profile photo from my social media account.
☐ I understand that once my story has entered production, additional photos may not be added.
☐ I understand that GlowInto retains editorial discretion regarding layout, headlines, formatting, and storytelling style.
☐ I agree to these terms and consent to participate in a GlowInto interview.
